A life-long lover of ladies and film, I grew up watching the most glamorous stars of the silver screen, both in black & white and color. This blog is dedicated to their enduring image, whether they are heroines, femme fatales, or just drop-dead gorgeous! My debut novel, Looking For Garbo, a noir thriller set during Golden Age Hollywood right before WWII and starring movie goddess Greta Garbo, hits bookstores on May 7, 2019.
Great blog–I love both the images and your storytelling. Consider me a fan!
This is such a groovy idea for a blog! 😀
A lovely blog! I hope you’ll eventually do Holly Hunter and Debra Winger. Do you ever watch any Bollywood films? Kajol is a favorite of mine!
Hi there, just wanted to stop by to say thanks so much for liking our recent post on bungy jumping in Japan and for the follow! Much appreciated 🙂
Great blog, Jessica. Can’t wait to read about your other adventures!
Thanks you! 🙂
I too always become transfixed by the ladies on the big screen. They’re definitely more fun to watch. I like your site a lot! Thanks for following mine! 🙂
I feel as if I’ve found a kindred spirit. Thanks for stopping by Deathless Prose. I’ll bookmark your blog for future reference.
Interesting choice of women. I notice lots of blonde hair, strawberry blondes, and redheads. Lots of freckles. Kind of outdoorsy women. Natural looks. Have you profiled Charlize Theron?
Thanks. Delighted to have found your beautifully illustrated blog. Looking forward to lots of exploration. Regards from Thom at the immortal jukebox (give it a spin).
Hey! Super cool blog-I love this idea. I’m not a huge movie buff, so it’s very cool to see the leading ladies of the past! Looking forward to reading more great stuff! Cheers 🙂
Great Blog. I’ve nominated you for a blogger recognition award. Check out the link for details, Best wishes, Steve. http://stevehigginslive.com/about/steves-blogs/
